Have you got something sitting around that you are not using and would like to get rid of it? (Exercise equipment, kids toys, furniture, tools, etc.)  Well here is an opportunity to get the word out in the neighborhood.  Who knows, maybe the folks 6 houses down have been looking for the vary item and here is a chance to make two neighbors happy, the seller and the buyer.

We can also use this to spread the word of something we are looking for.  How about that treadmill you have been thinking would be a great thing to have.  I can almost assure you there are 3 other homes in the neighborhood that went through that phase and probably have a good used one somewhere in the basement gathering dust that they would make you a great deal on.
