Below is a copy of the City of Newark's plot map for West Branch.

Note: On the map lots 52, 54 and 56 E. Mill Station Dr are Vacant lots.  Another interesting item on the map is the lot at the end of the Boundary Rd cul-de-sac.  What appears to be a lot in West Branch is actually the rear portion of a lot in Covered Bridge Farms that extends to the curb in West Branch.

Also note the dotted lines that run between the Christianstead and West Branch boundaries.  These lines indicate the designated flood plain area.
